Immediate
A number you can see mid-set
The score is on the device, not buried in an app. In a hard round, one glance tells you how that rep compared with the last one. No phone required.
Precision instrument for impact training
Hit the target and see the number. No phone, no pairing, no setup. INTENSITY is a sensor-based power meter that scores every strike on a built-in display, so you can tell how hard you hit and whether you're getting stronger. Pair the iPhone app when you want session history and Strava export.

Why this matters
Impact training usually ends with "that felt hard." INTENSITY gives each hit a power score and each session a total, so you can program the work, track progress, and compare sessions.
Immediate
The score is on the device, not buried in an app. In a hard round, one glance tells you how that rep compared with the last one. No phone required.
Trackable
Session best, strike count, and elapsed time stay on screen so you can compare round to round and week to week. If you track PRs on the rower, you can track them here too.
No subscription
The device runs your workout without account creation, cloud dependency, or monthly fees. The iPhone app adds history and Strava posting when you want it, but the hardware works on its own.
How it works
Mount the unit, press start, and swing. The display updates after every strike. When you're done, the session summary stays on screen or syncs to the app for your training log.
Place the unit on your target. Press the button. The whole setup is faster than loading a barbell.
Every hit puts a power score on the display, big enough to read from a few steps back. In a solo session it's your benchmark. On a gym floor it's the score everyone's chasing.
Session best, strike count, and total output stay on the device. Connect the iPhone app to save the full log, export a workout file, or post straight to Strava.
Who it helps
Train alone in a garage, coach a class of twenty, or run a gym. Either way, athletes can see a number for their power output.

For the garage athlete
You already know when a set felt good. Now you know if it was 10% harder than last week. Track peak power, watch your session average climb, and spot when fatigue drops your output like you would on an erg.
For coaches & personal trainers
"Hit harder" is vague. "Beat 320" is specific. INTENSITY lets you prescribe power targets, pace a station, and show clients measurable progress in real time.
For gym owners
Run a weekly leaderboard. Add a sledgehammer station to class programming. Put it out on testing day and give members a number to chase. One boxing gym bought six, and members started asking where to get their own.
What the product includes
The device handles live scoring, tracking, and display. The iPhone app adds a training log, workout export, and Strava posting for later review.

One large power score dominates the screen, with session best, strike count, and elapsed time below it. It's designed to read clearly from several feet away because you're not holding the device when you're swinging.
The companion app connects over Bluetooth, logs every strike in real time, and stores your full workout history. After a session, post to Strava with one tap, the same way you'd log a ride or a row.
Use it solo for repeatable benchmarks or put it on a gym floor and let twenty people chase the same number. The hardware works the same in a garage session or a loud class.
No subscription, account creation, or required cloud service. The device works out of the box, and the core training loop stays yours.

FAQ
A hardware power meter for impact training. It uses an embedded sensor system to measure every hit and display a power score on a built-in screen. It's built for sledgehammers, maces, bats, and other swung implements.
Anyone who already uses impact training and wants real data on it. That's garage athletes, coaches, personal trainers, CrossFit affiliates, boxing gyms, and strength programs that use sledgehammer or mace conditioning.
No. The device runs the full session on its own — scoring, tracking, and display. The iPhone app is optional and adds workout history, data export, and Strava posting for people who want a training log.
